While many travelers consider winter the best season to visit the region for its famous snow-covered landscapes and winter festivals, experiencing Sapporo during spring was just as exciting. The city welcomed me with pleasant weather, blooming flowers, and a different side of Hokkaido’s charm. Adding to my excitement was the opportunity to spend three nights at Holiday Inn & Suites Sapporo Odori Park, which served as my home base as I explored the city and everything it had to offer.
