Overnight at Cristina Villas

Last June 11, I attended a wedding of my good friend at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Antipolo City. Reception was held at Cristina Villas. It was a mountain resort and hotel located in Antipolo as well. They said that the resort is one of the oldest resort in Antipolo, and it's very evident because of how the hotel looks like, and the elevator... it was like elevator in an old hospital. Creepy!

Anyways, before I move on and show you how the resort and pool looks like in Cristina Villa. Let me show you images from fire dance show presented during the wedding program at the reception. Ang galing, di ba! May Fire Dance pa! :)

Conti's Cakes for Dessert!

Since we're on a budget and wasn't able to afford the expensive cakes of Chelsea, we went across Serendra and tried out the fabulous desserts of Conti's. It was a rainy Monday night but the restaurant was still jam packed. It is evident that Conti’s earned a following of loyal and satisfied customers. I must say, this restaurant serves the most affordable food choices at Serendra area.

Conti's brings family and friends together through good food. Coming back for the delightful Mango Bravo, the tasty Baked Salmon among others, people found a place where they could gather with family and friends and enjoy scrumptious meals together. 

Moving on, we ordered three slices of cakes for the three of us.

I ordered Chocolate Overload Cake for PHP 95 because I craved for chocolate that time! :)

Chelsea Market and Cafe!

Eat Out. I asked my brother and cousin to join me in using my previously purchased Chelsea voucher. The voucher cost PHP 470 for PHP 1000 worth of foods and drinks, and that is 53% off!

Chelsea Market & Cafe is part of Raintree Restaurants, which also owns the MoMo Cafe, Mr. Jones, Museum Cafe to name a few. They have two branches, Serendra and The Podium Mall. The restaurant provides cozy and classy ambiance for diners. They serve fresh breads, pastries, and hard-to-find retail items. At Chelsea Market Café they only serve the best gourmet-comfort food in a chic homey atmosphere.

La Vista Pansol Resort Team Outing 2011

Our team decided to have a get together outing for all that have been part of the group / company, simply to bond and have fun! Each of us contributed PHP 800 which is already included of resort entrance fee, accommodation, transportation, food and beverages.

Since we're on a tight budget we ended up in Pansol, Laguna. Pansol is known for private / public pool, hot spring and resort that accommodates big and small groups for gathering, overnight, outing, and team building. La Vista Pansol Resort is nestled between the Laguna Lake and Mount Makiling, that has the relaxing back to nature ambiance. 

Break-Time at Mom & Tina's Bakery Cafe

Dinner (Lunch Break). Since it is only occasional that I go on mid-shift at work, I make it to a point to spend sometime eating at restos or fast food aside from the usual lunch places like Jollibee, McDo and KFC.

Last time, I asked my officemate if she can join me to have dinner at Mom and Tina's Bakery Cafe. I knew this restaurant since then. They have two branches, one in Pasig City along E. Rodriguez avenue near Tiendesitas and the other branch is at Makati City along Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village. I've read from their site that they are opening a new branch soon at Katipunan.

The bakery cafe offers traditional home cooked meals and fresh out of the oven pastries and baked goodies.

Cam Sur Experience: The Town of Caramoan

Day 02. We've decided not to go for another island hopping due to lack of time. We'll just roam and explore the centro before we leave. We asked the owner of the inn if where's the best place to eat and she mentioned Bed & Dine. So without further ado, we went to the restaurant.

Since we're just nearby the centro and we wanted to explore more of the town, we walked for 10 minutes to get to the restaurant. We passed by the Municipal Hospital and Municipal Hall of Caramoan.
