Adobo To' is a carinderia located inside San Antonio Village in Pasig City. The first time I learned about this kainan was when it has been featured in QTV11, Ang Pinaka Budget-Friendly Tsibugan.
I tried it out yesterday during lunch time with sands after we hang out at Robinson's Galleria. Since there were a lot of people (mostly employees from nearby offices) during lunch time, securing a table/seat was difficult. Mabuti na lang we arrived 10 minutes earlier before dumagsa ang mga tao.
Anyways, here are our orders. Yey, adobo!
"Cheesy Adobo" with hard-boiled egg and tomato salsa + 2 cup of rice for me!
"Coco Adobo" with hard-boiled egg and tomato salsa + 2 cup of rice for Sands!
I wanted to try the Spicy Adobo however napakainit ng kapaligiran (very hot-sunny day) baka lalong uminit. Anyways the abodo tastes good and the cheese made it taste even better from all the other adobos that I've tasted. Combined with hard-boiled egg and tomato salsa, it was a pinaka budget-friendly tsibog.
